Healed describes a compounded GLP-1 program that combines medication access, coaching and clinical follow-up. Its homepage puts the introductory and continuing prices together, which makes the offer easier to read, but the refund policy still needs to be considered separately from the ability to cancel.
We checked Healed’s current website, service terms and cancellation policy on October 15, 2026. This is a public-document review; we did not enroll, test a prescription or verify patient outcomes. The practical focus is what a prospective member should have in writing before the first charge and the next refill.
The first-month offer is not the renewal price
The homepage advertises compounded semaglutide at $149 for the first month with SEMA40, followed by $249 per month. Compounded tirzepatide is listed at $199 initially with TIRZ40, followed by $339 per month. The named dollar amounts are the relevant comparison; the page’s rounded discount label should not substitute for the actual charge.
Healed says the monthly program includes medication if prescribed, clinician visits, coaching, dose reviews and shipping, and separately advertises included treatment labs. The subscription policy says the selected checkout discloses included services, renewal amount and frequency. Retain those details because a general feature list does not identify every test or service included for an individual.
The company says it does not take insurance. Its HSA/FSA wording is conditional on the account and expense. Eligibility for a health-account payment is not an insurance coverage decision.
Brand, platform and clinical practice are distinct
The website terms identify Healed as a brand of Sigma Health, Inc. They describe OpenLoop Health, Inc. as the operator of the branded patient platform, handling functions such as intake, scheduling, billing and coordination. Medical services come from the professional entity identified to the patient in that platform.
The site also names a medical education adviser and explicitly distinguishes that role from treating US patients. An educational biography is not proof that the person will prescribe or supervise an individual’s treatment. Ask for the actual treating professional and dispensing pharmacy.
The homepage advertises service in 49 states and Washington, DC, while separately describing a clinical network licensed across all 50 states and DC. Network reach and program availability are different claims. Confirm eligibility in the state where you will receive care.
Support, clinician review and shipping are different timelines
Healed advertises 24-hour patient support and clinician availability from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, seven days a week. The site describes an intake decision within 48 hours and says a first prescription ships within five to seven business days if approved. These are company estimates, not response or delivery times measured for this review.
Shipping within a stated period does not mean arrival within that period. Clarify whether the estimate starts after intake, approval, payment or pharmacy processing, and ask how a medical question reaches a clinician outside the published hours. The included one-to-one coaching should also be described in terms of access and frequency rather than assumed to provide continuous clinical care.
Cancel before renewal and keep the confirmation
Healed’s policy permits cancellation by a prefilled email link, email to support@store.healed.care or chat in the patient portal. It says requests should arrive at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid that renewal. A later request can leave the next charge in place and take effect for the following cycle.
The policy promises email confirmation and continued access through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically undo a prescription order, a completed payment or a shipment already released. Identify which stage your order has reached when requesting a change.
The refund exceptions matter, including prepaid periods
The written policy offers a full refund when cancellation is requested during the first 72 hours of a term and no subscription services have been received. It separately promises a refund of the applicable subscription charge when a treating professional medically disqualifies the patient. Those conditions should not be confused with dissatisfaction after services begin.
For ordinary monthly or four-week subscriptions, current and previous periods are generally not refunded outside the stated exceptions or legal requirements. For a membership prepaid for two or more periods, the policy says future periods for which medication was not shipped will be refunded. This differs from Arbor’s ordinary prepaid-plan rule, making the order and payment structure important to the comparison.
For damaged, incorrect, missing or delayed medication, contact support promptly. The policy describes replacement for incorrect medication and possible replacement after evidence of damage. It does not promise every shipment problem will result in a refund. Obtain pharmacy or clinician instructions when the concern affects whether medication can be used.
What the public record does not establish
The offer describes clinician-supervised access to compounded medication. It does not establish a clinical outcome, a pharmacy inspection result or a prescription for every applicant. FDA has not approved compounded GLP-1 drugs and does not review them for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing.
Use the current prescription, complete payment schedule and follow-up plan to assess the offer. A provider’s promise of support can be checked against the services actually available; it should not be turned into an unsupported numerical treatment score.
Our care-calendar guide explains how to keep clinical follow-up, billing dates and cancellation deadlines in separate reminders.
