Gift Card Terms

The card carries a one-time stored value of $1,788 USD. It is not reloadable and no additional value can be added. Value is drawn down as it is applied to purchases until the balance reaches zero.

The card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to the winner. Any balance remaining after that date expires and has no value, except where state law prohibits expiration of promotional gift cards, in which case the card remains valid for the minimum period that law requires. The issue date is stated in the email that delivers the card.

The card is non-transferable. It may be used only by the verified winner, on an account registered in the winner’s own name. It may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another person, and any card offered for resale is void.

Because prescription products require a medical evaluation of the person receiving them, the card cannot be used to purchase a prescription product for anyone other than the winner.

Subject to the restrictions below, the card may be applied to the full order total for eligible CoreAge Rx offerings, including:

• Medical consultation and intake fees
• Membership or platform fees, where CoreAge Rx charges them
• Non-prescription products, including supplements and skincare
• Prescription products, subject to section 6
• Shipping charges
• Applicable sales tax

The card cannot be applied to any charge CoreAge Rx is prohibited from discounting or accepting stored value against, and it cannot be used to obtain a refund on a purchase made before the card was issued.

The card may be applied to subscription plans, including recurring monthly plans. Its value is applied to each billing cycle in turn until the balance is exhausted.

Important: a subscription does not stop when the card balance runs out. Once the balance reaches zero, any subscription the winner has started will continue to bill the payment method on file at the then-current price until the winner cancels it.

The winner is solely responsible for cancelling any subscription they do not wish to continue, in accordance with CoreAge Rx’s cancellation process. Neither Healthy Pound nor the card covers charges incurred after the balance is exhausted.

Holding this card does not entitle the winner to any prescription medication and does not guarantee approval for treatment.

To apply the card to a prescription product, the winner must complete the applicable medical intake and be evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider. Eligibility and all treatment decisions are made solely by that provider in their independent professional judgment. The card cannot override a provider’s medical decision, and no medication is promised, reserved, or guaranteed to be available.

If a provider determines the winner is not a candidate for a prescription product, the card remains usable toward other eligible CoreAge Rx offerings for the remainder of its validity period. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

The card may be combined with promotions that CoreAge Rx makes generally available at the time of purchase, unless the terms of that promotion say otherwise. It may not be combined with another gift card, prize credit, or any offer that excludes gift-card redemption. Where a promotion and this card conflict, the promotion’s own terms control.

Unused value is not refundable and is not redeemable for cash, except where state law requires cash redemption of a balance below a stated threshold, in which case Healthy Pound will honor that requirement on written request.

If a purchase paid for with the card is refunded under CoreAge Rx’s returns and refund policy, the refunded amount is returned to the card balance, not issued as cash, and remains subject to the original expiration date. The card has no cash surrender value.

The card may be used only for purchases shipped to, and services delivered in, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and only where CoreAge Rx lawfully offers the relevant product or service. Some products, particularly prescription products, are not available in every state. The card cannot be used outside the United States and is void where prohibited.

Treat the card code like cash. Healthy Pound is not responsible for a card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without the winner’s permission, and value already redeemed cannot be replaced.

If the winner reports a lost or stolen code to contact@mail.healthypound.com before it has been redeemed, Healthy Pound will make reasonable efforts to cancel the original code and reissue the unredeemed balance, at its discretion and subject to verification of identity.

The card may not be used:

• By anyone other than the verified winner
• For resale, or to purchase products for resale
• To obtain a prescription product for another person
• In connection with any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity
• To circumvent any purchase limit, eligibility requirement, or medical review
• After it has expired, been cancelled, or been reported as compromised

Healthy Pound may void the card and cancel any unredeemed balance, without notice, if it reasonably believes the card has been obtained or used in violation of these terms or of the Official Rules.

Healthy Pound may update these terms where required by law or to correct an error, and will not apply a change that reduces the value or usable life of a card already issued. The version in effect on the date the card is issued governs that card.
