This sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Healthy Pound, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE, 19901, USA (“Sponsor”). Sponsor may be reached at contact@mail.healthypound.com.

CoreAge Rx (DSO Fine Shrimp LLC d/b/a CoreAge Rx) is the merchant with which the prize is redeemed. The Giveaway is not administered by CoreAge Rx, and it is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform, search engine or advertising network. Sponsor participates in affiliate programs with CoreAge Rx and may earn a commission on purchases made through links on this website.

The Giveaway begins on August 4, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). All times are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and of CoreAge Rx, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry is void where the entrant is prohibited by law from participating or from receiving the prize.

During the Entry Period, visit www.healthypound.com and submit the entry form shown in the giveaway popup or in any email signup form on the site. You must provide a valid email address and affirmatively agree to these Official Rules. Providing a first name is optional.

Entry is completely free. No purchase, payment, subscription, consultation, or agreement to receive marketing email is required to enter or to win, and none of those will improve your chance of winning. Consent to receive marketing email is a separate, optional checkbox; declining it has no effect on your entry or your odds.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of that limit will be void.

Use of any robotic, automated, macro, programmed, script, or other similar method of entry is prohibited, and all such entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by a method other than the one described above are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or not received for any reason.

One (1) prize will be awarded: a $1,788 CoreAge Rx Gift Card, redeemable toward eligible products and services available for purchase through CoreAge Rx, subject to the Gift Card Terms and to any applicable product restrictions.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,788 USD. The ARV is the total face value of the gift card. Because the prize is a stored-value gift card rather than a specific product, there is no difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize awarded.

The prize is a gift card, not a product, a course of treatment, or a subscription. The gift card is subject in all respects to the Gift Card Terms, which govern expiration, transferability, permitted uses, combination with other offers, application to subscriptions and recurring charges, treatment of unused value, geographic restrictions, and prohibited uses. The winner should read those terms before accepting the prize.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winning this Giveaway does not guarantee that the winner will qualify for, be approved for, or receive any prescription medication, including any GLP-1 medication.

Some products and services available through CoreAge Rx require a prescription. If the winner chooses to apply the gift card toward any such product or service, the winner must first complete the applicable medical intake process and be evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider. Eligibility and all treatment decisions are made solely by that licensed healthcare provider, in their independent professional judgment.

The gift card cannot override, influence, or substitute for a provider’s medical decision. Neither Sponsor nor CoreAge Rx promises that any particular medication will be prescribed, that any medication will be available, or that any health or weight-loss outcome will result. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. If a licensed provider determines that the winner is not a candidate for a prescription product, the winner may still apply the gift card toward other eligible CoreAge Rx offerings in accordance with the Gift Card Terms.

Sponsor is a publisher of independent reviews. Sponsor is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service, does not practice medicine, and provides no medical advice.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 5, 2026. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry. The potential winner must respond to that notification within 14 days of the date the notification is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to return any required documents by the stated deadline, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not obligated to select more than three (3) alternate winners, after which the prize may go unawarded.

All potential winners are subject to verification of identity, age, residency and eligibility by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year may require Sponsor to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and to report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security or taxpayer identification number and a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s full address or email address.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entry information is used to administer the Giveaway and to contact the winner. Sponsor does not sell entrants’ personal information and does not share entrants’ email addresses with CoreAge Rx or any other advertiser.

Marketing email is sent only to entrants who separately and affirmatively opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not cancel a valid entry and does not affect a winner’s right to claim the prize.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, CoreAge Rx, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, telephone or other failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions. If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to every entrant.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that all disputes arising out of or connected with the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, a technical failure, a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway, or if the Giveaway cannot be conducted as contemplated by these Official Rules for any legal or regulatory reason.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination. Notice of any modification, suspension or cancellation will be posted on this page.

To request the name of the winner, send an email with the subject “Winner Request” to contact@mail.healthypound.com within ninety (90) days after on or about September 5, 2026.

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to the Gift Card Terms. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
