Arbor markets compounded GLP-1 care with clinician access, nutrition support and a results guarantee. The offer deserves two separate readings: what the service costs today, and what must happen before a payment can be refunded. Neither question is settled by the lowest monthly headline.
We checked Arbor’s homepage, medication pages, October 5 terms and September 29 billing consent on October 15, 2026. This review reports the published offer and its unresolved details. It does not report a completed enrollment, a test of pharmacy service or independently verified weight-loss outcomes.
The public pages show different tirzepatide starting prices
Arbor’s homepage advertises semaglutide from $99 per month and tirzepatide from $149. Its tirzepatide page instead displays $119 per month, while the semaglutide page agrees on $99. This review does not assume that the lower tirzepatide figure applies to every visitor or plan.
The billing consent distinguishes monthly subscriptions from prepaid three-, six- and 12-month plans. Prepaid terms are paid in full and renew automatically. The homepage says prices will not increase, while the billing document reserves changes with notice under its terms. Request the exact selected price, whether a price lock applies and the total charge for the term.
Arbor says its subscription generally covers provider oversight, periodic consultations and medication fulfillment and shipping if prescribed. The homepage includes dietitian support in the program description but also presents it as an optional service. Confirm the access, duration and any cost of that support in the plan you choose.
Prescription writing is the key ordinary refund cutoff
Under Section 9 of the terms, cancellation before a prescription is written ordinarily produces a refund minus a $100 clinical consultation fee. Once the prescription is written, the payment is described as nonrefundable and the order cannot be canceled through the ordinary cancellation process. That cutoff is earlier than shipment.
For a prepaid plan, the first written prescription makes the entire plan nonrefundable under the ordinary policy, including months that have not shipped. The terms separately identify exceptions for a clinician declining treatment, duplicate or incorrect charges and certain fulfillment errors. They also describe possible prorated relief when treatment becomes unavailable.
A cancellation request made before renewal should prevent the next charge; the policy says a renewal charged before that timely request is processed will be returned in full. After a renewal charge, the $100 deduction applies if the refill prescription has not been written, and the payment becomes nonrefundable after it is written. Save the request timestamp and confirmation.
The results guarantee requires a full year and specific eligibility
Arbor’s guarantee is a separate conditional refund pathway. It requires an eligible new customer to complete 12 continuous months, receive four quarterly medication shipments and follow the clinician’s prescribed program. The terms exclude prior outside weight-loss medication use during the preceding 12 months and set limits on the recorded target weight. Read those requirements before treating the offer as applicable to a switch from another service.
The claim must be submitted within 14 days after the 12-month enrollment period. Arbor may require a provider attestation or a verification-code scale video. An approved claim covers eligible subscription fees, excludes incidental costs and is processed within 30 days after verification approval. There is no prorated guarantee refund. These are contractual conditions, not proof that a given patient will reach a particular weight.
Identify the treating clinician and dispensing pharmacy
The billing consent identifies Harbor Health Inc., doing business as Arbor. The terms describe Arbor as a technology platform, with independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies providing professional services. Consultation requirements vary with state and clinical need, and a prescription is not guaranteed.
The site advertises clinician messaging, pharmacy testing and discreet delivery. This review did not verify an assigned professional, inspect a pharmacy or measure a response or delivery time. Ask how clinical questions reach the prescriber and obtain the dispensing pharmacy’s information with the prescription.
Arbor is self-pay and does not submit insurance claims. It accepts HSA/FSA payment where permitted, which does not by itself establish that every subscription charge qualifies for a particular account.
Keep the offer separate from the medication evidence
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved products. FDA’s GLP-1 safety information explains why preparation, dosing and product identity matter. A marketing guarantee does not change a compounded product’s approval status.
The Healed review provides a different policy comparison, including introductory versus renewal prices and refund treatment of future prepaid periods. Compare the selected care arrangement and written commitment rather than assuming similarly worded cancellation claims mean the same thing.
Our care-calendar guide explains how to keep clinical follow-up, billing dates and cancellation deadlines in separate reminders.
